This position focuses on building foundational programming skills, contributing to team development efforts, and learning industry best practices while supporting Cisive’s enterprise software platforms.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established coding standards.\nAssist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving basic software defects.\nParticipate in code reviews to learn best practices and support continuous improvement.\nCollaborate with team members to design, develop, and test new or enhanced software features.\nSupport the documentation of code, technical processes, and application functionality.\nContribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups.\nLearn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and tools as directed by senior development staff.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).\n0-2 years of professional software development experience.\nBasic proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Java, Python).\nUnderstanding of core software development concepts such as algorithms, data structures, debugging, and version control.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eagerness to
