The role requires expertise in reviewing court dockets, accurately interpreting charge levels, and understanding case dispositions to ensure high-quality background screening reports.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct research on local, state, and federal US court portals to retrieve case records.\n\nReview and analyze court dockets to extract relevant legal information.\n\nAccurately interpret and classify:\nCharge levels (felony, misdemeanor, infraction)\n\nCase types (criminal / civil)\n\nCase statuses and dispositions (convicted, dismissed, acquitted, pending, etc.)\n\nPerform accurate and timely data entry into internal systems.\n\nEnsure adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and turnaround times (TAT).\n\nMaintain strict compliance with background verification guidelines and legal regulations.\n\nHandle sensitive data with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.\n\nIdentify discrepancies and escalate complex or ambiguous cases.\n\nMandatory Requirements\nMinimum qualification: HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) passed\n\nPrior experience in US Public Records / Background Verification is mandatory\n\nNo employment gaps exceeding 5-6 months\n\nWillingness to work in US shift (night shift)\n\nRequired Skills\nStrong understanding of US legal terminology and court documentation\n\nHands-on experience with US court websites and public record systems\n\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy\n\nStrong analytical and interpretation abilities\n\nAbility to meet tight deadlines and productivity targets\n\nBasic proficiency in MS Excel and data entry tools\n\nWork Details\nWork Mode: Remote (Work From Home)\n\nShift: US Shift (Night Shift)\n\nKey Competencies\nAttention to Detail\n\nAnalytical Thinking\n\nQuality & Accuracy Focus\n\nTime Management\n\nConfidentiality & Integrity\n\nCareer Growth Opportunities\nSenior Public Record Analyst\n\nQuality Analyst\n\nTeam Lead -
