Will also conduct system audit reviews and perform maintenance functions as required to ensure system health.\nWork Requirements:\nThis is a hybrid model role, requiring employees to work from the office 2 days per week. \nWork Location - New Delhi\nThe position follows a five-day workweek, Monday through Friday. Flexible Working Hours.\nDuties and Responsibilities\nImplement, upgrade, maintain and troubleshoot server systems including operating systems, software, compute server, storage, virtualization, email, Active Directory, and cloud.\nMonitor and troubleshoot server performance (availability, capacity, and utilization).\nProcure server equipment and manage subcontractors involved with server installations.\nProvide server technical support directly to users and through ticketing systems.\nCreate technical support documentation for server systems and processes.\nCoordinate additional resources needed to accomplish tasks and projects.\nDevelop, implement and maintain policies and procedures.\nEscalate service requests as needed to meet client expectations.\nParticipate in supporting server projects and initiatives.\nProvide on-call and remote troubleshooting support as needed.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience\n3+ years of hands-on experience with computer servers, storage, VMware, Exchange, Active Directory, Antivirus, Group Policy and Backup software.\nProfessional IT Certifications in Microsoft, VMware, and AWS preferred\nRequired Skills:\nAbility to implement, administer and troubleshoot server infrastructure (operating systems, software, compute server, storage, virtualization and cloud)\nAbility to manage small projects, work in a team or independently under minimal supervision\nIn-depth knowledge of server infrastructure (operating systems, software, compute server, storage, virtualization, and cloud).\nIn-depth knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS, and DHCP.\nIn-depth knowledge of Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Planning and testing.\nAbility to work in a team or independently under minimal supervision.\nGood problem solving, communications, time management and organizational skills.\nKnowledge of Symantec, Veeam, NetBackup, Citrix, AWS, Nutanix, Azure preferred.\nKnowledge SharePoint, sFTP, Windows printer server routers, Solarwinds, Wireshark, preferred.\nAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently.\nAbility to provide off hour support for implementations, upgrades, testing and troubleshooting.\nExcellent critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.","description_format":"text","description_chars":3187,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Flexible schedule"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"India","iso":"IN","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Fraud Detection","Virtual Events","Human Resources"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-30T00:53:35Z"}],"liveness":{"score":38,"band":"fade","label":"Fading","p_open":1,"p_active":0.698,"p_room":0.55,"age_days":30,"expected_fill_days":30,"reasons":["conf:8","win:tail"],"computed_at":"2026-10-01T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/cisive-system-administrator-ii","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/cisive-system-administrator-ii.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-01T19:01:14Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":1332,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":3668,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-02T00:00:00Z"}}}
