This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, critical analysis, and leadership skills to drive the successful execution of data-driven initiatives while also being actively involved in day-to-day operations.\nResponsibilities:\nData Analysis: Provide data analysis that supports business and digital product growth through data visualization.\nTeam Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and analytics specialists, to develop and deliver high-quality data products. Attract, retain, and develop top data talents while mentoring and training to foster growth and motivation within the team.\nTask Prioritization: Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand their data needs and priorities, effectively communicating the value of data initiatives.
