Estamos buscando um(a) **Engenheiro(a) de Plataforma e Cloud Pleno**, com sólida experiência em Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, infraestrutura como código (IaC) e práticas de DevOps, para implementar, operar e evoluir uma plataforma de tecnologia escalável, segura, resiliente e preparada para ambientes produtivos.

Essa pessoa será responsável por apoiar a evolução da infraestrutura cloud, garantindo automação, observabilidade, segurança, disponibilidade e eficiência operacional dos serviços. Atuará diretamente com os times de desenvolvimento e arquitetura, contribuindo para a definição e implementação de boas práticas de engenharia de plataforma, CI/CD, gerenciamento de recursos e escalabilidade de aplicações.

Buscamos um profissional com autonomia técnica, capacidade de resolução de problemas e boa comunicação para atuar em um ambiente colaborativo, conduzindo integrações e dependências com diferentes equipes e com o cliente, além de apoiar a sustentação e evolução de uma plataforma corporativa de Inteligência Artificial.

Requisitos

Experiência sólida com Azure: Service Bus, AKS, Key Vault e Azure DevOps.

Experiência com infraestrutura como código (Terraform, Bicep ou similar) e fluxo de PRs revisados por outro time.

Conhecimento prático de Kubernetes: node pools, Cluster Autoscaler e KEDA.

Experiência com observabilidade (OpenTelemetry, métricas, alertas e dashboards).

Conhecimento de segurança em nuvem: privilégio mínimo, gestão de segredos e identidades.

Noções de Python para apoiar o time de backend e escrever os smokes.

Boa comunicação, com autonomia para atuar dentro da Plataforma e conduzir dependências com o cliente.

Diferenciais

Experiência com dimensionamento de tiers do Service Bus (Standard e Premium) e de custo de nuvem.

Vivência com escala a zero e cargas intermitentes em AKS.

Experiência com plataformas de IA e limites de taxa de provedores de LLM.
