and implement long-term fixes to prevent incidents.\nAnalyze application logs, errors, and performance metrics using monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic.\nMaintain, troubleshoot, and improve microservices, RESTful APIs, and system integrations.\nInvestigate issues involving relational and non-relational databases, including data access and persistence using Spring Data and JPA.\nTroubleshoot asynchronous communication and messaging integrations using technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.\nImplement bug fixes, code improvements, and preventive solutions to enhance application stability and performance.\nDevelop and maintain unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito to validate fixes and reduce regression risks.\nCollaborate with development, infrastructure, and other support teams to resolve incidents and improve system reliability.\nSupport application deployment and CI/CD processes, working with technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nDocument technical investigations, solutions, and recurring issues to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.\nMust-have:\nSolid hands-on experience with Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.\nExperience in application support, production troubleshooting, or maintenance of backend systems, preferably in L3 support environments.\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex technical issues and identify root causes.\nSolid understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.\nExperience analyzing application logs, monitoring system behavior, and investigating performance issues.\nKnowledge of monitoring and observability tools, such as New Relic.\nFamiliarity with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL queries and persistence frameworks such as Spring Data and JPA.\nKnowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka and RabbitMQ.\nExperience with automated testing frameworks, including JUnit
