Tech stack of CI&T

A CI&T busca uma pessoa AI Developer Sênior com foco no desenvolvimento e orquestração de agentes de IA Generativa para canais de voz e chat, operando em infraestrutura GPU na Oracle Cloud (OCI). O desafio central é implementar fluxos conversacionais de baixa latência e alta precisão, integrando-se a sistemas legados através do protocolo MCP e garantindo observabilidade completa via Langfuse.

Você trabalhará em colaboração direta com SREs para garantir deploy em OKE e com cientistas de dados para refinar a qualidade das respostas dos LLMs.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver orquestradores de atendimento em Python para canais de voz e chat.
  • Configurar camadas de segurança com NeMo Guardrails.
  • Integrar ferramentas corporativas (CRM, Billing) via MCP Servers.
  • Garantir instrumentação de traces para monitoramento de custos e performance via Langfuse.
  • Implementar fluxos conversacionais de baixa latência e alta precisão.
  • Colaborar com SREs no deploy em OKE e com cientistas de dados no refinamento da qualidade das respostas dos LLMs.

Requisitos para este desafio:

  • Desenvolvimento avançado em Python.
  • Experiência com orquestração de LLMs (LangChain e/ou LlamaIndex).
  • Conhecimento em Langfuse para observabilidade de agentes de IA.
  • Habilidade em engenharia de prompt.
  • Experiência com integração via APIs (REST/mTLS).

[Opcional] Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento em NeMo Guardrails.
  • Familiaridade com Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Experiência com OCI Generative AI SDK.
  • Conhecimento em Docker e Kubernetes (OKE).
  • Familiaridade com Redis para gestão de contexto.
