analysis.\nHarmonize business KPIs across regions, ensuring consistent definitions and calculations to support a common pricing methodology.\nBuild and optimize analytical data solutions using Databricks and Azure.\nApply Python where needed to support data processing, analysis, and automation.\nDevelop and maintain data models for Power BI, enabling accurate reporting and effective business insights.\nEnsure data quality, consistency, and usability across analytical models and downstream applications.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, data teams, and regional teams to translate analytical requirements into scalable data solutions.\nContribute to continuous improvements in data architecture, modeling practices, and analytics engineering standards.\nRequirements for this challenge\nStrong experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a related data-focused role.\nAdvanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with dbt.\nExperience designing and maintaining layered data models for analytics and business intelligence.\nExperience with Databricks and Azure data environments.\nProficiency in Python for data processing, analysis, or automation.\nExperience with Power BI, particularly data modeling and preparing data for reporting and analytics.\nStrong understanding of data quality, data validation, and consistent metric definitions.\nAbility to translate business requirements into robust, reusable data models.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy.\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with stakeholders across different regions.\nNice to Have\nExperience supporting pricing, revenue optimization, or commercial analytics initiatives.\nKnowledge of price elasticity, product categorization, and pricing performance metrics.\nExperience harmonizing KPIs and business definitions across regions or
