In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation for our core DomOs applications and services.\nYou will work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Product Designers, and Software Engineers to design, document, and deliver robust features that support complex international use cases.\nKey Responsibilities\nBusiness & Functional Analysis: Understand business and technical requirements; validate proposed solutions against existing system functionality across a wide range of international use cases.\n\nSystem Subject Matter Expertise: Master the DomOs application architecture, services, and integrations to engage effectively in both high-level business conversations and deep-technical team discussions.\n\nSolution Architecture & Documentation: Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications. Collaborate with Solution Architects to create and maintain domain models, solution models, API specifications, sequence diagrams, and event models.\n\nFeature Delivery & Hand-Off: Lead hand-off sessions to walk development teams through technical specs. Provide ongoing functional guidance throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).\n\nUX & Product Collaboration: Partner with Product Designers to ensure solutions deliver a superior user experience within DomOs applications.\n\nAcceptance Testing & Diagnostics: Perform acceptance testing on completed features. Help troubleshoot data, application, and service issues using log files.\n\nData & Configuration Analysis: Analyze existing store configurations and data (e.g., pricing, coupons, addresses, reports) to collaborate on system migration tools and approaches.\n\nQualifications & Experience\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or Computer/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.\n\nExperience: 3+ years of applicable IT experience working on large-scale application initiatives.\n\nCommunication: Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
