conversations.\nResponsibilities:\nArchitecture Vision: Define and communicate the long-term data architecture vision, aligned with business strategy.\n\nTechnology Selection: Lead the evaluation and selection of technologies, frameworks, and standards used to implement the data architecture.\n\nStandards & Governance: Establish and promote best practices for data management and governance across the organization.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration: Work with leadership teams and stakeholders to ensure the data architecture meets business needs, explaining technical concepts in accessible terms.\n\nTechnical Problem-Solving: Identify and anticipate complex technical challenges, proposing innovative and effective solutions.\n\nTechnical Guidance: Provide advanced technical guidance and support to the data development and architecture teams.\n\nCompliance: Ensure the data architecture complies with data security regulations and standards.\n\nMentorship: Mentor and empower team members by sharing knowledge and experience, guiding newer members as they grow into their roles.\n\nStrategy Execution: Actively participate in defining and executing the organization's data strategy.\n\nPartner Relationships: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with technology partners and suppliers.\n\nRepresentation: Represent the data architecture in internal and external technical and strategic forums.\n\nRequirements:\nExperience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure Cloud Services\n\nExperience with Snowflake data warehousing\n\nExperience with DBT for data transformation\n\nExperience with data modeling, ELT design, and performance tuning\n\nAdvanced English proficiency, spoken and written, to engage directly with international stakeholders\n\nProven experience mentoring and guiding technical teams through change\n\nNice to Have:\nSnowflake certification\n\nExperience with data governance and
