Proficiência Técnica: Sólida experiência com Java/Kotlin (vivência com seus ecossistemas e frameworks, como Spring Boot).

Sistemas Distribuídos: Domínio de arquitetura de microsserviços, lidando com concorrência e consistência de dados.

Mensageria e Eventos: Experiência prática com comunicação assíncrona (SQS, SNS, RabbitMQ, Kafka ou similares).

Persistência de Dados: Experiência avançada em modelagem e otimização de bancos de dados Relacionais (SQL) e NoSQL.

Qualidade e Segurança: Foco em testes automatizados e práticas de segurança desde a concepção do código.

Soft Skills: Paixão por resolver problemas complexos e excelente capacidade de comunicação técnica.

Diferenciais:

Conhecimento em frameworks de front-end, especialmente React.

Experiência prévia com ferramentas de observabilidade (Datadog, New Relic, Grafana)
