Responsabilidades:

- Projetar, construir e evoluir serviços backend em Kotlin (Spring), APIs REST/gRPC e integrações via Kafka/SQS.

- Construir e manter interfaces web em Next.js + React + TypeScript e as boas práticas do chapter frontend.

- Atuar de ponta a ponta: da descoberta com produto ao deploy em produção, passando por revisão de código, testes e monitoramento.

- Garantir qualidade com testes (unitário/integração), CI/CD e cobertura.

- Instrumentar e observar as entregas (métricas, logs, tracing) - aqui nada vai pra produção sem telemetria.

- Colaborar cross-squad, fazer code review com rigor e elevar o nível técnico do time (mentoria de pessoas pleno/junior).

Requisitos:

- Experiência sólida como pessoa desenvolvedora fullstack (perfil sênior).

- Backend: domínio de Kotlin(ou Java com vontade forte de Kotlin) - APIs, modelagem, boas práticas de arquitetura (clean/hexagonal, DDD).

- Frontend: experiência com Next.js + React + TypeScript (SSR/SSG, data fetching, estilos, acessibilidade).

- Cloud e infra: vivência com AWS (ou equivalente), contêineres, CI/CD.

- Dados: modelagem relacional/noSQL, e/ou mensageria (Kafka/SQS) é diferencial.

- Fluência em testes automatizados e cultura de qualidade.

Diferenciais:

- Experiência prévia com foodtech, pagamentos ou fintech.

- Kotlin + Spring Boot (ou Ktor) em produção.

- Next.js App Router, Server Components, edge rendering.

- Observabilidade (Datadog), SLOs e on-call.

- Arquitetura orientada a eventos (Kafka) e sistemas de alta escala.
