Senior Scrum Master, Brazil

We are seeking a Scrum Master to support development squads in our operation. Our main goal is to implement the SAFe framework of a sensor technology firm dedicated to optimizing retail and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for.

Responsibilities:

-Facilitate agile rites, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective.

-Remove impediments faced by team members and assist in identifying and implementing solutions.

-Collaborate with the client's Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.

-Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

-Monitor the team's progress and performance using agile metrics and reporting.

-Train and mentor teams in the adoption of agile practices and Scrum methodologies.

-Act as a liaison between the team and the client's stakeholders.

-Contribute to the creation of a healthy and productive work environment.

Requirements for this challenge:

Advanced/fluent English proficiency.

Good communication skills.

Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams to ensure alignment.

Experience as a Scrum Master - you should be ready to operate independently from day one, without intensive coaching

Proven experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies in complex, multi-workstream environments

Experience managing roadmaps and delivery plans with high visibility to stakeholders

Ability to build rapport with clients and navigate conversations with both business and technical audiences

Experience working in international contracts and high-performance agile teams

Genuine enthusiasm for AI adoption: you use AI tools regularly and look for opportunities to bring them into your workflows

Nice to have

Proficiency in the Spanish language
