Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between development and testing, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure quality is embedded from the early stages.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and scripts.\nCreate and execute comprehensive test plans and scenarios across multiple applications and platforms.\nCollaborate within agile teams to define and evolve test strategies, standards, and QA best practices.\nIdentify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely and effective resolution.\nAnalyze test results and quality trends, proposing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.\nConduct root cause analysis and support the leadership team in Quality Analysis across the Value Stream.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nMust-have Skills:\nProven experience as a QA professional or SDET.\nStrong programming skills in at least one language (Java, C#, or JavaScript).\nHands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, or JUnit).\nProficiency with API testing tools (Postman or RestAssured).\nExperience with Device Farms.\nCI/CD practices.\nAdvanced or fluent English communication skills.\nNice-to-have Skills:\nExperience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.\nSolid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.\nAt CI&T, we thrive on Collaboration, Innovation, and Transformation, and we are driven by the power of AI.
