- Compreender tecnicamente a iniciativa e repassar o conhecimento ao time, auxiliando nos refinamentos técnicos.

- Gerenciar tecnicamente o time, garantindo a qualidade e a entrega das soluções propostas.

- Manter uma boa comunicação, uma vez que o projeto envolverá várias áreas diferentes da organização.

- Traduzir conceitos técnicos para uma linguagem acessível para stakeholders não técnicos.

- Colaborar com a equipe para garantir que as melhores práticas de desenvolvimento sejam seguidas.

- Monitorar e reportar indicadores de sustentação, incluindo problemas, incidentes e requisições, para garantir a continuidade operacional.

Requisitos:

- Experiência sólida em desenvolvimento backend, preferencialmente em .NET.

- Habilidade em comunicar-se efetivamente com equipes técnicas e não técnicas.

- Capacidade de liderança e gestão de equipes técnicas.

Diferenciais:

- Ter atuado em projetos de Conta Digital e Pix.

- Conhecimento em Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Experiência prévia em projetos de integração de sistemas.
