Working closely with the Head of IT and key stakeholders, this role will help enhance business applications, optimize operational processes, and ensure the effective delivery of IT solutions that align with business objectives. The position plays a critical role in maintaining application performance, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and driving continuous improvement within the organization.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nApplication Management\nSupport and maintain the organisation's application landscape in partnership with IT Business Partner.\nProvide Level 1 application support and coordinate issue resolution with vendors.\nManage vendor relationships, including performance reviews, service delivery, and OPEX monitoring.\nMaintain application documentation, master data, and enhancement roadmaps.\nIdentify and implement system improvements to support evolving business needs.\nBusiness Process Improvement\nCollaborate with IT Business Partner and business stakeholders to streamline and standardise business processes.\nAnalyse workflows and identify opportunities for automation, optimisation, and value creation.\nSupport business process mapping, requirements gathering, and project scoping activities.\nProject Delivery\nAct as a Project Manager and lead application and system implementation projects from initiation to go-live.\nManage project activities, including business case preparation, budgeting, requirements gathering, development coordination, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and hypercare support.\nCoordinate vendors and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to quality standards.\nApplication Support & Continuous Improvement\nTroubleshoot application-related issues and support incident management activities.\nDrive root cause analysis and resolution of recurring system issues.\nSupport user training, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 6 years' experience in application support, business systems administration, IT project delivery, or a related area.\nHands-on experience supporting or delivering projects involving ERP, CRM, and other operational or industrial applications.\nExperience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and stakeholder engagement across different business functions.\nFamiliarity with the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.\nFamiliarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar project and collaboration platforms.\nGood understanding of IT operations, governance frameworks, data flows, system integrations, infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.\nStrong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nProficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese.\nExposure to the energy, utilities, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is an
