internal approval processes\nLead the preparation and coordination of project and tender deliverables\nLead Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) negotiations with corporate off-takers and state utilities\nIdentify, onboard, and manage local co-developers and joint-venture partners for greenfield project identification and development\nIdentify new renewable energy asset opportunities to expand the business portfolio\nFoster relationships with regional energy ministries, regulators, and government bodies\nCollaborate with financial modelling teams to ensure projects meet required financial return targets\nPrepare and present investment memos to the management team for project funding approval\nMonitor and analyse relevant energy market trends, risks, and value drivers\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field\nMinimum 6 years of experience in the energy or renewable energy sector, with a focus on business development\nDemonstrated track record of successfully developing and executing utility-scale renewable energy projects\nProven experience closing greenfield cross-border deals across diverse business environments in Southeast Asia\nStrong familiarity with key project contracts including PPAs, Equipment Lease Agreements, and Joint Development Agreements (JDAs)\nAbility to interpret financial models and understand project finance structures and tariff drivers\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across government,
