# Manufacturing Program Manager

We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Program Manager who will be responsible for leading cross-functional execution of manufacturing programs for high-tech electronic hardware. In this role, you will oversee the full product lifecycle from New Product Introduction (NPI) through till mass production, ensuring alignment of schedule, cost, yield, and quality objectives. Job Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program executio n across all development stages: EVT, DVT, PVT, and Mass Production Define and manage program schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation Drive cross-functional alignment across Product Engineering, Manufacturing/Process Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams Ensure timely issue resolution and decision-making across all stakeholder groups Identify and track technical risks, manufacturing readiness gaps, and yield and quality risks; drive mitigation plans through to closure Ensure manufacturing readiness across line setup, capacity, and process stability Track and report on yield ramp progress, cycle time, and throughput readiness Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engi
