In this role, you will plan, implement, and monitor site works in accordance with approved programs while ensuring technical accuracy, quality standards, safety requirements, and coordination with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the construction phase.\nResponsibilities:\nOversee and supervise daily construction activities and site progress within assigned scopes of work\nPlan, implement, and monitor site works, scheduling in accordance with the approved master and detailed work programs\nLiaise with Professional Engineer on temporary work matters\nLiaise with consultants and Qualified Persons (QPs) on technical and engineering issues\nCoordinate site activities with subcontractors\nProvide guidance and direction to site supervisors to ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, methods, and schedules\nMaintain required quality standards through regular site inspections and monitoring of workmanship\nEnsure technical and engineering issues are addressed promptly and resolved\nPrepare construction reports, method statements, and relevant documentation when required\nManage and control workers on site, monitoring their activities closely to maintain a safe, orderly, and neat working environment\nSupervise ongoing site activities closely to ensure compliance with project requirements, instructions, and site procedures\nRequirements:\nDegree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification\nMinimum 10 years of relevant working experience in civil works, with prior experience working on LTA projects\nHands-on experience in managing diaphragm wall, bored piling, bulk excavation, drain construction and tunnel structure (rebar, concrete) works\nPossession of lifting certificate is
