Responsibilities\nDevelop and optimize SMT processes, including solder paste printing parameters, component placement accuracy, and reflow profiles\nEstablish and maintain process parameters, control limits, and work instructions\nMonitor and improve SMT yield, defect rates, and process capability (Cpk)\nAnalyze and resolve SMT defects such as solder bridging, voiding, insufficient solder, and component misalignment\nConduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimize process performance\nSupport New Product Introduction (NPI) builds and process transfers\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Machine Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and reliability requirements\nJob Requirements\nBachelor’s degree or above in Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field\nMinimum 5 years of SMT process engineering experience\nStrong expertise in core SMT processes, including solder paste printing, pick and place, and reflow soldering\nKnowledge of solder materials, stencil design, thermal profiling, and reflow optimization\nHold strong working knowledge of PCB and component design constraints\nPossess hands-on experience with defect analysis covering bridging, tombstoning, voiding, and misalignment\nProficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process capability analysis (Cpk)\nHarness the application of DOE methodologies for process optimization\nPossess familiarity with inspection tools including SPI, AOI, and X-ray inspection\nAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional
