Responsibilities\nMarketing Planning & Campaign Delivery\nSupport the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple markets.\nTranslate business objectives into campaign strategies, customer journeys, creative briefs, and promotional frameworks.\nFacilitate campaign ideation, planning sessions, and annual marketing calendars.\nRecommend marketing approaches and customer engagement initiatives to support business goals. \nStakeholder & Project Management\nAct as the primary liaison between Marketing Shared Services and country marketing teams.\nManage stakeholder expectations and prioritize incoming marketing requests.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.\nBuild strong relationships with business leaders, agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders. \nDigital Marketing & Customer Engagement\nSupport digital campaign planning and channel strategy.\nTranslate business requirements into digital, CRM, website, loyalty, and customer engagement solutions.\nCoordinate implementation activities with agencies, vendors, and technology partners.\nEnsure alignment between marketing objectives and digital execution. \nCreative & Brand Management\nReview marketing campaigns and creative assets to ensure alignment with brand standards.\nProvide direction and feedback on creative execution and campaign deliverables.\nSupport the development of marketing materials, presentations, and customer-facing assets. \nTeam Leadership\nLead, coach, and develop the Marketing Services team.\nDrive a collaborative, customer-focused, and high-performing culture.\nSupport capability development across marketing, customer engagement, loyalty, and customer experience. \nGovernance & Vendor Management\nEnsure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and data privacy requirements.\nManage vendor performance and marketing budgets.\nMaintain appropriate controls, documentation, and approval processes for marketing activities. \nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, commercial operations, or related disciplines.\nStrong experience in campaign planning, execution, and stakeholder management.\nExperience managing multiple marketing initiatives, stakeholders, and priorities simultaneously.\nFamiliarity with digital marketing channels, CRM platforms, loyalty programs, and customer engagement tools.\nExperience translating business requirements into campaign briefs, creative requirements, and digital solutions.\nStrong presentation, facilitation, communication, and project management skills.\nExperience working across multiple markets, business units, or shared services environments is an advantage.\nExperience in retail, FMCG, customer loyalty, convenience retail, or consumer-focused industries is preferred. \nPreferred Certifications\nProfessional certifications in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, CRM, or related disciplines are an advantage but not
