Additionally, the Payroll Analyst provides backup support to the payroll team, fosters collaboration across departments, and drives continuous improvement in payroll systems and procedures.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nThe employee will:\nDesign, document, and implement procedures to streamline payroll processes\nMaintenance of accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions\nIdentify key areas that need process improvement, documentation, backup, and/or additional support\nConduct regular audits on payroll procedures and records\nManage payment calendars for the calendar year\nAssist with highlighting and resolving integrity issues within existing data systems: manage and continually improve information tools.\nResponsible for the remittance processing and payment for operating company\nMonitor and implement statutory updates for regulations relating to payroll\nMonitor team Service Level Agreement (SLA) and/or Key Performance Indicators (KPI)\nProvides backup support to Payroll Team and Team Lead\nSupport Year End payroll processing activities\nFoster a positive and collaborative environment within the payroll team and with their cross-functional department peer\nCreate custom reports and analyze large amounts of information to support mandatory reporting, day-to-day and ad hoc business needs\nStay up to date on local laws affecting payroll, e.g. tax, SSS, Phil Health, SSS, Pag IBIG, etc.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, & SKILLS:\nCandidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in BSBA or any related field\n2 to 3 years' experience in Payroll and Timekeeping, Compensation, and Benefits; experience in a shared service or fast-paced environment, preferred\nProven experience as a Payroll Analyst, Payroll Processor, or similar role\nWorking knowledge of local payroll and tax\nHands-on experience with payroll software (like SAP), an advantage\nProficient in the use of MS Excel\nGood analytical skills\nHas keen attention to details\nThe ability to work under tight deadlines\nGood multitasking and organizational skills\n____________ \nAbout CITADEL Pacific\nCITADEL Pacific Ltd.
