Through our global office network, we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.\nYour Role:\nManage the administration and accounting services provided under client administration agreements for portfolios holding a diverse range of investments.\nEnsure the timely preparation and review of reporting packages, financial statements, and consolidated reports in compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal procedures, and client requirements.\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and other external stakeholders.\nDeliver exceptional client service by meeting agreed deadlines and responding effectively to client needs.\nSupervise, review, and approve work completed by team members, ensuring accuracy and quality of deliverables.\nLead, coach, and develop team members through ongoing feedback, performance management, and professional development initiatives.\nSupport workforce planning activities, including resource allocation, recruitment, and talent selection, to meet business demands.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and enhance service delivery through continuous improvement initiatives.\nParticipate in internal projects and contribute to the implementation of process enhancements and best practices.\nAbout You:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, audit, or a related financial services environment.\nPrevious experience leading, mentoring, or managing teams.\nStrong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nExcellent communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional language would be considered an advantage.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.\nClient-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder management abilities.\nSalary\n3300 - 4500 EUR GROSS\nOur Benefits\nYour well being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
