Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.\nStrategic Operations is a dedicated function within Private Assets. It brings transformation delivery, project execution, business analysis, operational initiatives and implementation support into one team, reducing the delivery burden on BAU Operations and maintaining ownership from design through adoption.\nThe group will be split across three distinct focus areas, aligned under two individual leaders:\nOperating Model, Product & Client Solutions: led by the Operating Model & Product leader, this area will define how services should run end to end, shape scalable products and solutions, support complex client implementations, and ensure client commitments are operationally deliverable.\nData, Reporting & Platform Enablement: led by the Technology, Data & Delivery leader, this area will define Operations requirements for data, reporting and platforms, strengthen data quality and lineage, and carry solutions through testing, deployment and adoption.\nDigital Workflow, Automation & AI: also led by the Technology, Data & Delivery leader, this area will identify and deliver workflow, automation and AI opportunities, establish appropriate controls, and measure whether the expected benefits are realised.\nThe group works in close partnership with Operations, the Transformation Office, IT, Tactical Operations and Marquee Client teams. Roles may be permanent or approximately 12-month rotational assignments anchored in strategic locations. Rotational colleagues will join from the business, help shape and deliver change, and return to the line with broader project experience.\nYour Role\nYou will support data, reporting and platform delivery, with hands-on ownership of analysis, reporting build and testing.\nGather and document data and reporting requirements from Operations teams.\n\nBuild, test and maintain reporting outputs and analysis used to evidence problems and measure benefits.\n\nInvestigate data quality issues and trace them back to source.\n\nBuild and execute test scripts for platform and reporting change, and track defects through to resolution.\n\nSupport platform implementation tasks across fund structures, new client setups and transitions.\n\nPrepare user guidance and support Operations teams through go-live.\n\nMaintain project documentation, trackers and status reporting.\n\nAbout You\nYou have 4+ years’ experience in private assets accounting or operations, with exposure to reporting or data work.\nSolid technical knowledge of private assets processes and the data they produce.\n\nHands-on experience building or maintaining reporting, or a clear appetite to develop in that direction.\n\nComfortable working with technology partners and asking the questions needed to get to a root cause.\n\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interrogate data and evidence a recommendation.\n\nAttention to detail and a proven ability to manage several pieces of work at once.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nAdvanced computer skills (Microsoft Excel); exposure to reporting, workflow or automation tooling an advantage.\n\nBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics; working towards a professional accounting designation an advantage.\n\nWhat We Expect of the Strategic Operations Team\nRegardless of role or focus area, everyone in Strategic Operations is expected to demonstrate the following:\nDeep technical and operational knowledge - genuine depth in how our processes, data and platforms actually work - the detail that only comes from having run the work.\n\nCuriosity - the instinct to ask why a process looks the way it does, to challenge the answer, and to keep asking whether there is a better way.\n\nA transformational mindset - comfortable redesigning end to end rather than patching, and prepared to see change through past go-live to the point where it is genuinely adopted.\n\nOwnership through to adoption - accountability does not end at delivery; success is measured by whether the change sticks in the business.\n\nCommercial and client awareness - an understanding of what we can genuinely run, so that what we commit to a client is deliverable.\n\nGlobal mindset - working across regions, jurisdictions and time zones, and designing solutions that scale beyond a single desk, client or location.\n\nAmbition to shape Citco’s future - an appetite to help build the operating model we will run for years, and to be measured on whether it works.\n\nOur Benefits\nYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
