Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.\nYour Role:\nYou will be working on the Treasury or team in a management role.\n\nManage a team ensuring MOS deliverables are completed accurately by local and outsourced location teams and in accordance with risk management best practices.\n\nResponsible for oversight and control of the central group email boxes.\n\nMonitor and assist in managing client SLAs and operational deliverables in MOS.\n\nProduce timely and accurate reports.\n\nWork on special projects as needed and support VP in rolling out new operational processes and onboarding of new funds.\n\nWork with client in a professional manner to resolve any open issues.\n\nSupervise the training and development of junior members of the team in both local and outsourced locations.\n\nInteract effectively with team members in both local and outsourced locations and supporting departments.\n\nAssist with internal SOC/audit requirements.\n\nOversee task allocations in local offices to ensure client deliverables are met.\n\nCo-ordinate task assignment and task reviews for teams in outsourced office locations.\n\nEnsure appropriate escalation of all relevant risk events in local and outsourced locations.\n\nSign and approve MOS client wires and SSI instructions.\n\nManage the processing and approval of client payment instructions by local and outsourced team members ensuring accuracy and efficiency per Citco’s Service Level Agreement and risk and controls.\n\nYou will monitor and ensure that all wires (e.g. incoming OTC Payments/Invoices/Client funding requests) are processed on time and accurately.\n\nAssist with client onboarding, internal SOC/audit requirements and other projects at Citco.\n\n About You:\nYou have bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative subjects.\n\nYou have 6+ Years in Financial Services or relevant industry.\n\nYou have 2+ Years supervisory experience.\n\nYou have knowledge of Hedge and Mutual Funds\n\nYou have strong customer service & analytical and problem solving skills.\n\nYou are committed team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nYou are detail focused with the ability to multi-task.\n\nYou have an ability to learn new systems and source information from numerous systems.\n\nYou have an ability to work effectively in a team environment.\n\nYou are an adaptive, flexible professional style, capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.\n\nYou have strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word, and aptitude to learn new skills.\n\nYou have an ability to organize, prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-oriented environment.\n\nYou are comfortable communicating with clients and counterparties via e-mail and phone.\n\nYou have previous experience/exposure in within a payments environment and in-depth knowledge of Treasury
