At Citco, this people-centric\nphilosophy is the core of who we are-and it shines through in everything we do,\nevery day.\n\nYour Role:\nResponsible for the management and execution of Citco’s BD and Sales 3 year business plan for the European and Middle Eastern Regions and ensure strategy is aligned with global objectives.\n\nMaintain an effective and measurable BD and Sales pipeline across LOB’s targeting strategic opportunities within the new launch and conversion space.\n\nManage and measure performance of the BD and Sales function with focus on sales activity, revenue forecasting, profitability, performance reporting etc.\n\nManage the end-to-end sales pipeline process in collaboration with European MD’s, SMEs and business managers.\n\nLead and execute BD and Sales tactical and strategic goals with new market penetration, sales campaigns etc. to ensure proactive approach to new lead generation.\n\nMaintain effective lines of communication to senior management and Citco MD’s and across peer groups, SME’s etc.\n\nEnsure quality of the output of the BD and Sales function in Europe.\n\nManage risk associated with the BD and Sales process and cycle.\n\nManage BD/Sales reporting requirements to senior management including revenue YTD, timesheets, expenses, monthly news bulletin etc.\n\nBuild, maintain and measure success of the European feeder network across LOB’s.\n\nWork with Marketing and Communications Group to assist Citco brand building initiatives via industry events and conferences, Citco hosted and co-hosted events.\n\nIncrease Citco’s brand awareness by working alongside Citco’s PR agent.\n\nCoordinate the completion of RFPs, and new business proposals to management.\n\nCreate, maintain, and promote product-related branding and marketing pitch materials.\n\nAbout You:\nYou have Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field with at least 15+ years’ experience in the Alternative Funds Industry.\nMinimum 10+ years’ demonstrated senior leadership experience.\nCommunicate effectively - negotiation, presentation capabilities.\nProven record of accomplishment in new business generation with sustainable YOY growth.\nStrong knowledge of the alternative fund industry.\nAbility to work in a team environment and proven track record in people development.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.\nDemonstrate initiative, change management and leadership capabilities.\nAbility to escalate when appropriate.\nCPA, ACCA, CIMA designation would be an advantage.\nOur Benefits\nYour well being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
