This is a mid-level role suited for a developer who can work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating closely with senior developers and business stakeholders. You'll contribute across the full BI delivery cycle - from data integration to report/dashboard development - and are expected to grow technical ownership over time as you gain familiarity with the platform and domain.\nJob Duties in Brief:\nDatabase Development - Write and maintain SQL queries, tables, views, and stored procedures to support SSRS, Power BI, and Qlik reports. Ensure data is accurate, well-structured, and optimized for reporting performance.\n\nReport & Analytics Development - Build and modify SSRS reports and Power BI reports/dashboards. Create basic data models and DAX calculations and assist with setting up datasets and dataflows in Microsoft Fabric to support ongoing reporting needs.\n\nCollaboration - Work closely with senior developers and business analysts to understand reporting requirements and turn them into working technical solutions. Take part in sprint planning, code reviews, and testing to help the team deliver reliable, high-quality reports.\n\nAbout You:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.\n3+ years working experience with Power BI (data modelling, DAX, dashboard design) and exposure to Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Pipelines) - required, willingness to deepen expertise expected.\n\n3+ years working experience with SSIS, including data loading and integration with REST APIs.\n\n3+ years of professional experience with report development using SSRS.\n\n3+ years of experience developing queries and database objects with RDBMS.\n\nWorking knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).\n\nFamiliarity with SSRS features (parameters, sub-reports, conditional formatting).\n\nFamiliarity with SoapUI or Postman.\n\nExperience with REST APIs and JSON structured data.\n\nExposure to PostgreSQL.\n\nExperience working on Agile teams.\n\nDeveloping proficiency in core software development practices - debugging, code tuning, performance, refactoring - with support from senior peers.\n\nSelf-motivated with good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nKnowledge of the financial industry is a plus.\nWhat We Offer:\nA challenging and rewarding role in an award-winning global business.\nOpportunities for personal and professional career development.\n\nGreat working environment, competitive salary and benefits, and opportunities for educational support.\n\nBe part of an industry leading global team, renowned for excellence.\n\nAbout Citco\nSince the 1940s Citco has provided specialist financial services to alternative investment funds, investors, multinationals and private clients worldwide.
