Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.\nAs a core member of our Chief Administrative Office (CAO), the Business Services Senior Coordinator will be a key contributor directly reporting to the Business Services Manager. We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Coordinator with strong data analytics expertise and advanced Excel proficiency to lead and oversee the entire billing process for our clients. These skills are integral to daily operations within the role. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual agreements while leading process improvements, supporting team members, and maintaining strong interdepartmental relationships at a senior level.\nYour Role:\nBilling Process Management:\n\nLead and oversee the complete billing cycle strategy across the team\n\nDrive and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce errors in invoicing\n\nReview and approve accurate invoices prepared by junior staff\n\nSupport staff across in regional locations on best practices\n\nFinancial Oversight:\n\nEnsure proper revenue recognition in accordance with accounting principles and company policies\n\nLead reconciliation of billing accounts and resolve complex discrepancies\n\nCollaborate with finance leadership on revenue recognition strategy\n\nInternal Stakeholders and Contract Management:\n\nManage complex relationships and escalations\n\nReview and approve service agreements and contracts for billing alignment\n\nOversee contract negotiations and complex engagement letters via Icertis (Contract Management System) or similar platforms\n\nCross-functional Collaboration:\n\nLead cross-departmental initiatives with Fund Accounting, Client Services, Sales, Legal etc.\n\nLiaise with senior stakeholders across departments\n\nCoordinate strategic billing information gathering and generation as required\n\nData Management and Reporting:\n\nProduce high-level management reporting and present findings to leadership\n\nDrive data analytics strategy and process improvements\n\nOversee advanced Excel reporting tools and systems\n\nAnalyze trends for strategic decision-making\n\nAbout You:\nBA in Accounting, Business Management, Finance or Data Analytics, or relevant qualifications.\n\n3+ years relevant work experience, preferably in a data-driven or analytical role\n\nFinancial Services industry experience is preferred but not required\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is required - daily use of complex formulas, data modeling, and reporting tools\n\nExperience with contract management platforms (e.g., Icertis) is preferred\n\nExperience communicating with senior stakeholders and cross multiple regions\n\nAbility to work collaboratively with teams globally\n\nOur Benefits:\nYour well-being is of paramount importance and central to our success here at Citco.
