You will work closely with process owners and team members to help streamline and digitize operational processes, contributing to increased efficiency across the organization.\nThis role is ideal for students or early-career individuals who are interested in technology, motivated to learn Python, and have strong computer literacy. Previous professional experience is not required.\nYour Role:\nAssist in assessing business processes for transformation and automation potential.\nParticipate in brainstorming sessions with business SMEs and technical team members.\nSupport the creation of solution design documents describing current and future states.\nHelp document expected outcomes and benefits of proposed solutions.\nContribute to project tasks such as basic analysis, solution development, testing, and rollout.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.\nLearn how to understand business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\nAbout you:\nOngoing or completed studies in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or another IT-related field.\nHigh overall computer literacy and enthusiasm for exploring new technologies.\nMotivation to learn programming, especially Python.\nA natural “work smarter, not harder” mindset - you’re the type of person who constantly Googles new tools, tips, and technologies to make your work or everyday life more efficient.\nWillingness to work with data, processes, and automation tools.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nNice-to-Have (Not Required). You will have the chance to learn these skills during the internship:\nBasic understanding of user stories, acceptance criteria, or process flows\nFamiliarity with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools\nIntroductory knowledge of APIs\nUnderstanding of cloud concepts\nExposure to Python, RPA tools, or automation frameworks\nInterest in Agile ways of working\nAwareness of source control practices (e.g., Git)\nBasic knowledge of financial processes or products\nSalary\n1153 EUR/mon.
