The team takes the lead in onboarding new clients onto Citco technology platforms to build a foundation for the Fund Accounting / Operations team. The Supervisor is expected to learn and develop expertise in all aspects of the onboarding process, as well as participate in firm-wide initiatives and industry thought leadership.\nYour Role:\nReview fund legal documents and setup fund structures in system for new and existing clients.\nImplement data migration, which includes:Detailed analysis to capture data points required for client reporting.\nChart of accounts mapping.\nData preparation and upload to system. Also executing system automations to facilitate subsequent closings and partner transfers, as needed.\nReconciliation, tying to published financial statements and investor statements.\nFacilitate discussions to resolve reconciling differences, if any.\nDemonstrate ownership of assigned work and ensures timely completion. \n\nProactively address issues, when encountered, and communicate outcome to all parties involved in a timely manner.\nContribute to development and testing of Citco’s technology platforms.\nDevelop into a subject matter expert on Citco’s systems and implementation processes\nAbout You:\nBachelor’s degree in either of the following or related fields: Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or Economics.\n2 - 4 years of relevant experience (Big 4 or large mid-size public accounting firm experience preferred).\nExperience in servicing clients in the asset management industry is a plus.\nFund Accounting a plus.\nStrong project management skills with a high attention to details required.\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability of work product.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to handle several projects and different stakeholders simultaneously, and prioritize work based on deadlines.\nDedication to teamwork and leadership.\nProficiency knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.\nSalary Range:\n2500 - 3000 EUR GROSS\nOur Benefits:\nYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
