Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.\nAs a core member of our Company Secretarial team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.\nYour Role:\nYou will be responsible for managing and updating corporate data points within the client's database based on legal document analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.\nYou will intensively communicate with various Citco teams and external parties to ensure that data on the client's database is correct and up-to-date.\nYou will collect and maintain data from multiple sources within the client's database.\nYou will check, sort and upload client related documents into client and/or internal database following specific rules and instructions.\nYou will support and assist senior team members in coordinating client service processes, communicating with the client and external parties to meet established deadlines.\nYou will answer various queries from the client or third parties and provide necessary information when needed.\nAbout You:\n1-2 years experience of database administration / other administrative work preferably in legal or financial services industry or international company.\nYou are accurate, result driven and have excellent communication skills.\nYou have very good computer skills (Microsoft Office packages).\nYou are fluent in English language (written and spoken).\nSalary Range\n1900 - 2580 EUR GROSS\nOur Benefits\nYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
