Operating in strategic global centers Citco Bank provides access to best of breed process and technology.\nAs a member of our Depositary team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to provide international investment managers with comprehensive custody and banking services to meet their alternative investment strategies.\nYour Role:\nEstablish and maintain appropriate control environments to ensure fulfilment of depositary obligations.\nEnsure adherence to all policies & procedures.\nSupervise all cash flow monitoring related matters of the Depositary Department. \nLiaise with other departments to ensure error/breaches are recorded and resolved in a timely manner, as well as ensure prompt escalation to management of any issues.\nWork with clients to resolve queries and escalate any issues, building client relationships.\nProvide weekly departmental reporting to management, as well as assist in the preparation of quarterly board reports.\nAssist with compilation of material for SOC testing, reviews and annual audit.\nAssist with training, development and motivation of the team to ensure a positive working environment. \nYou will have the opportunity to Identify and propose procedural enhancements, as well as assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives for efficiency.\nAbout You:\nQualification in Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.\nMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in depositary services within the funds industry.\nDemonstrate knowledge of Real Estate, Infrastructure, Loan funds, Fund-of-funds, Private Equity and their operational requirements.\nProven experience in supervising and motivating a team, fostering a positive working environment.\nStrong knowledge of depositary obligations and investment compliance.\nSolid understanding of regulatory frameworks, policies, and procedures within the funds industry.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and manage client relationships.\nExperience in preparing management and board-level reports, with the ability to identify, escalate, and resolve errors or breaches in a timely manner.\nSalary Ranges\n2660 - 3580 EUR GROSS\nOur Benefits\nYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
