You will be part of the IT department that manages the core Reconciliation platform for the firm. You will be closely working with a talented bunch of product managers, architects and developers across the globe.\nDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain recon applications.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve performance issues.\n\nStrong knowledge of design patterns.\n\nMaintain working knowledge of technical enhancements and new functionality.\n\nLearn, adapt, test/evaluate, and implement new technologies.\n\nCommunicate effectively with businnes and Product management teams.\n\nCoordinate with the DevOps team to push the application and infra changes to higher environments.\n\nProvide technical documentation.\n\nStrong understanding of CI/CD integration.\n\nCommunicate effectively with peers and leads.\n\nParticipate and contribute on all team activities such as sprint planning, daily scrums, and retrospectives.\n\nAbout You:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.\n\nMinimum of 3-4 years experience developing microservices using Python, AWS, NodeJS, Swagger/Open Api 3.\n\nMinimum of 1 years experience developing backend applications using Javascript and JSON.\n\nExperience with JavaScript frameworks such as React and Node is a huge plus.\n\nStrong programming skills (Python, Javascript). Strong knowledge of design patterns.\n\nExperience using REST based or GraphQL APIs from single page applications.\n\nHave an understanding of authentication and authorization aspects for APIs.\n\nHave a good understanding of SQL and PL/SQL\n\nAny formal Cloud based training and any industry cloud related industry accredited certification is a plus.\n\nDemonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.\n\nWell rounded individual capable of performing several roles with ability to work in a fast paced, complex IT environment.\n\nPersonal qualities: Possess a strong work ethic, self-starter, creative, a focus on customer service, possess a high level of energy, enthusiasm, excellent written and verbal communication and people skills, sense of urgency, team player, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and commitment.\n\nDemonstrated proficiency in interpersonal and communication skills including oral and written English.\n\nKeywords - javascript, graphql, reactjs, python, microservices, swagger, openapi, cloud, aws, azure, gcp, git.\n\nOur Benefits\nYour wellbeing is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
