At Citco, this people-centric philosophy is the core of who we are-and it shines through in everything we do, every day.\n\nYour Role:\nReceive, review and process invoices for various legal entities and ensure all invoices have appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment\n\nEnsure correct tax/VAT rates are input into Oracle\n\nPrepare and send electronic and manual check payments\n\nResearch and resolve any outstanding vendor balances on accounts, including telephone, mail or email communication with vendors\n\nManage accounts payables as part of the month end closing process\n\nReconcile supplier statements to the supplier ledger balances\n\nComplete reconciliations and account analysis on an ongoing basis\n\nDeal with various invoice and supplier related queries\n\nManage supplier credit terms to maximize cashflow while ensuring timely payments of invoices\n\nAssist with variance analysis between budget and actual\n\nMaintain accurate vendor details including payment information\n\nCreate and ensure procedures are being adhered to and kept up-to-date\n\nIdentify, document and execute process improvement strategies\n\nReview and audit of employee expense reports\n\nManage employee corporate credit card balances and related expenses\n\nFile and maintain financial information, files and records (e.g. invoices, payments, receipts) in an orderly manner on a regular basis\n\nLiaise with various internal offices and employees\n\nAssist in the annual external and internal audits\n\nAd Hoc projects and requests as needed\n\nAbout You:\nDiploma or Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting and 2+ years’ experience (or strong work related experiences)\n\nExcellent written, verbal and inter-personal communication skills\n\nAbility to work with all levels of staff and management\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office with good use and knowledge of Excel\n\nWorking knowledge and experience with Oracle EBS an advantage\n\nOur Benefits\nYour wellbeing is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
