Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.\nYour Role:\nDevelop, enhance and support post-NAV reporting products and tools, working from defined requirements and with guidance from more senior team members.\nSupport existing reporting technologies by investigating issues raised through the IT Ticketing System, developing an understanding of the underlying processes and code, and implementing appropriate solutions with support where required.\nContribute to process improvements and automation using technologies including Excel, Power Query, VBA, Python and other relevant development tools.\nComplete assigned development and support activities to agreed requirements, communicating progress and raising questions or blockers promptly.\nTest your own development changes in line with established testing processes, ensuring work is accurate and complete before independent review by more senior team members.\nMaintain appropriate technical, process and user documentation for changes you develop or support.\nWork with senior team members and end users to understand defined business requirements and translate these into technical changes and solutions.\nParticipate in technical discussions and development reviews, applying feedback and established development standards to continuously improve the quality of your work.\nCommunicate clearly with team members and end users when investigating issues, delivering changes or providing support.\nDevelop your technical knowledge through hands-on experience, training and ongoing learning across the technologies and reporting products used within the team.\nUse AI tools and emerging technologies, where appropriate, to support development, troubleshooting and problem-solving, while maintaining appropriate oversight and attention to accuracy.\n About You:\nRelevant professional or educational experience working with data-processing, reporting, automation or development tools, with evidence of strong technical capability and an ability to learn new technologies.\n\nStrong Microsoft Excel skills, together with experience in programming, automation or data processing.
