AI-generated work never self-approves. \nYour Role:\nWe are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build, test, and support secure cloud-native applications across our modern software delivery platform. This role will deliver medium-complexity capabilities across front-end, back-end, data, integration, automation, and deployment work, while owning technical correctness from specification through release.\nWorking within our Four-Pillar Quality Model, you will partner with Product, Engineering, and AI-assisted development teams to ensure quality is built into every stage of the software lifecycle.\nParticipate in and contribute to all agile team activities.\nTranslate requirements and acceptance criteria into technical designs and implementation tasks. \nBuild accessible React and TypeScript user experiences and scalable Python APIs using Flask, FastAPI or comparable frameworks. \nDesign and integrate RESTful services, asynchronous workflows and data-processing components. \nImplement secure data access using relational and NoSQL databases, with appropriate migrations, indexing and validation. \nDesign and validate meaningful unit, component, integration, contract and feature-workflow tests. \nReview AI-generated code and tests, prevent circular validation and ensure quality gates pass. \nConfigure and support CI/CD pipelines, containers and AWS services using infrastructure-as-code patterns. \nDiagnose production issues, contribute to incident reviews and improve observability and support documentation. \nImprove reusable components, engineering practices and developer experience.\nAbout You:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n3+ years of software engineering experience delivering production web applications. \nPractical experience with Python and Flask, FastAPI or a comparable API framework. \nPractical experience with React, TypeScript, state management, responsive design and accessibility. \nExperience with AWS, REST APIs, Git, Docker, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines. \nExperience with relational databases and exposure to NoSQL technologies such as DynamoDB. \nUnderstanding of secure coding, application performance, logging, monitoring and operational support. \nAbility to work independently, communicate trade-offs and collaborate effectively in agile teams. \nKnowledge of financial services or regulated environments is desirable.\nSelf-motivated, innovative and analytical with strong attention to detail\nStrong sense of responsibility and service minded attitude\nOrganized, accurate and self-motivated\nThink creatively and propose options/solutions to challenges\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively in a global team environment\nAI-Assisted Engineering Experience\nUse AI coding assistants to accelerate implementation, testing, troubleshooting and documentation within team guardrails. \nReview generated code, tests, designs and documentation for correctness, security, performance and intent. \nMaintain traceability from accepted requirements through implementation, tests and release evidence. \nUse independent checks when AI assists with both implementation and test generation. \nUse delivery and production feedback to improve prompts, reusable patterns and engineering practices.\nOur Benefits\nYour well being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
