Every team member is responsible for the quality of the product and should be willing to work on any tasks needed, be it front-end, back end, test automation, deployment automation, etc… The successful candidate will use their experience and talent to help drive the delivery of the system, introduce new tech and guide the evolution of our applications.\nYour Role:\nSupport the development and maintenance of cloud solutions for financial and regulatory reporting, Governance Risk Compliance, and internal management reporting\nAssist in implementing data integrations using APIs, connectors, and file-based interfaces\nContribute to the automation of reporting processes (e.g., statutory, regulatory, board, and management reports) to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy\nHelp maintain solution documentation, templates, and reusable assets to support the broader team\nDevelop API and serverless components using Python under the guidance of senior developers\nDesign and develop database objects for data persistence\nWrite and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure code quality\nCommunicate progress, blockers, and questions clearly to team leads\nStay curious about emerging technologies and how they can be applied within Citco's ecosystem\nAbout You:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent\n2+ years of software engineering experience\n2+ years of experience with Python; familiarity with PyTest\n1+ years of experience with ReactJS and FastAPI\n1+ years of experience writing queries and developing database objects with RDBMS\nExposure to serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda is an asset\nFamiliarity with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to support development efficiency\nWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks\nBasic understanding of Microservices architecture, Design Patterns, and core software development principles\nExposure to AWS services such as S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, IAM is an asset\nFamiliarity with PostgreSQL and JSON processing is an asset\nExperience working on Agile teams is preferred\nSolid foundational skills in debugging, code management, branching, and coding best practices\nSelf-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and good verbal and written communication\nA basic understanding of financial reporting concepts (e.g., general ledger, consolidations) or risk and controls frameworks is a plus\nSalary range\n2420-2910 Eur Gross (negotiable, based on experience and skills)\nOur Benefits\nYour wellbeing is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
