Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means\nour people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.\n\nYour Role:\nCoordinate month-end collateral interest process between counter-parties\n\nInstruct collateral and treasury transfer payments via SWIFT\n\nPrepare expense payments in Æxeo Treasury\n\nAgree and process over-the-counter (OTC) payments on behalf of clients\n\nReviewing vendor platforms (such as Omgeo CTM, Traiana, Markit Trade Manager), PB matching portals and recaps on Trade Date\n\nResponsible for listed securities settlements via Prime Broker platforms, ensuring trades are pre-matched and subsequently settle on the market between the counterparty and PB\n\nYou will be responsible for the review, exception processing, break escalation/resolution and subsequent affirm/confirm of trade between the client and executing counterparty.\n\nYou will assist with training and development of junior members of the team\n\nMay work on special projects as needed\n\nWork with internal stakeholders/client in a professional manner to resolve any open issues\n\nAbout You:\nBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other quantitative subjects\n\nKnowledge of various different fund types\n\nStrong Customer Service and analytical and problem solving skills\n\nCommitted team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n\nDetail focused with the ability to multi-task\n\nAbility to learn new systems and source information from numerous systems\n\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment\n\nAdaptive, flexible professional style, capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic environment\n\nStrong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel and Word, and aptitude to learn new skills\n\nAbility to organize, prioritize tasks and work in a deadline-oriented environment\n\nComfortable communicating with clients and counterparties via e-mail and phone\n\nExperience/exposure to a cash settlements role not essential but would be of benefit\n\nExperience/exposure to ISDA Bi-Lateral agreements and the collateral process not essential but would be of benefit\n\nExperience/exposure to financial instruments such as equities, bonds, equity swaps, FX, futures and OTC products not essential but would be of benefit.\n\nSkills and Behaviors You'll Bring:\nBuilding Future Readiness\n- Demonstrates resilience by adapting well to change and is committed to improving knowledge and skills for the future.\nDelivering Client Excellence\n- Partners with internal and external clients to understand needs, develop solutions and deliver an excellent client experience.\nProblem Solving & Decision Making - Demonstrates Data Literacy to analyze issues, identify practical solutions, and make informed decisions while taking responsibility for outcomes.\nBuilding Relationships\n- Builds trusted relationships in an inclusive way.
