It could be with the work process, improvement, team collaboration, etc.\nPosition Overview\nReporting to a Manager, the Supervisor will manage staff and ensure our daily deliverables are met with Hedge Fund clients and other Citco Offices per Service Level Agreements. Our clients demand the highest standards of execution and your role will be key in achieving this by maintaining a focus on training and development of staff, work flow processes and control improvements.\nYour Role:\nYour role will encompass all facets of the calculation of net asset values on a variety of complex hedge funds. Assisting with the supervision of (Senior)/fund accountants and working closely with the Assistant Vice President, your responsibilities will include;\nPerforming the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge funds;\nPreparation of Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements and associated reports for larger, complex clients, or as required, within deadlines;\nAssisting Assistant Vice President in supervising staff within an “Account”, reviewing work performed by staff in the Account;\nWorking closely with the Senior Fund Accountants /Fund Accountants to manage timelines, workflows and deliverables within agreed SLA’s;\nAssisting Assistant Vice President in meeting client expectations by monitoring timely delivery of daily, weekly and monthly deliverables;\nEscalating all material issues effecting the NAV production process to the Assistant Vice President in a timely manner;\nMonitoring progress of Senior Fund Accountants /Fund Accountants to identify areas for additional training & development;\nDeveloping and maintaining relationships with investors, investment advisors/managers, banks, brokers and auditors and other fund participants;\nBuilding relationships & working closely with investor relations group and liaising with other departments within Citco as required;\nTraining & Coaching staff;\nMeeting expectations of clients & fund participants, adhering to deadlines;\nPositioning one-self to be the first escalation point for internal queries;\nAssisting Assistant Vice President to coordinate the Year End process with respect to audit timelines, Financial Statement Preparation, Regulatory filings, Tax services etc.;\nAssist the Assistant Vice President where required & become involved in special projects as needed (e.g. conversions etc.);\nAbout You:\nBachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business related area and/or studying for a professional accounting qualification\nMinimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services with high volume operational environment and/ or hedge fund industry is an advantage\nSupervisory skills with experience in managing and/or leading staff for 2+ years.\nStrong business acumen.\nStrong financial and/or accounting and analytical skills\nGood client/ business relationship management\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.\nProficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc.)\nAmenable to working in our Makati (OneAyala Corporate Center) or Alabang (Northgate Cyber Zone, Filinvest City).\nAmenable to working in a Hybrid work arrangement (required to work onsite for 2-3 days per week).\nAmenable to working in shifting schedules (AM Shift: 11AM onwards and/or Mid shift: 1PM onwards).\nOur Benefits\nYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
