With $2 trillion in assets under administration, we deliver end-to-end solutions and exceptional service to meet our clients’ needs.\nFor more information about Citco, please visit www.citco.com\nAbout the Team & Business Line:\nOur fast growing Institutional Services line of business provides an exciting and unique work environment and learning opportunity, given the public and private markets exposure, profile of our client base, holistic operating model and unique client offering.Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.\nAs a core member of the FUND OF FUNDS Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for our complex client base.\nYour Role:\nYou will perform administration, shadow accounting, bookkeeping and other services pursuant to administration agreements for a portfolio of institutional clients.\n\nYou will be responsible for Net Asset Value calculations, including cash and portfolio reconciliations, income and expense accruals, partner and shareholder allocation calculations, and the preparation and review of trial balances.\n\nYou will work closely with Fund Accountants and Senior Fund Accountants to meet service-level agreements and maintain a high standard of client deliverables.\n\nYou will apply a sound understanding of capital calls, distributions and investor statements for private equity accounts.\n\nYou will proactively coordinate with internal operations groups, including Middle Office, Pricing, PDS and Investor Relations, to support smooth internal data flows, resolve breaks and issues, and deliver client requirements on time.\n\nYou will drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies while maintaining appropriate process controls and keeping managers informed of all material issues affecting the NAV production process.\n\nYou will train and support team members in their professional development.\n\nYou will assist Fund Accounting staff in resolving day-to-day issues and contribute to performance management and evaluation activities alongside the Manager.\n\nYou will support effective department operations by facilitating cross-training of funds across teams, coordinating coverage during high-volume periods, and sharing technical and operational knowledge to promote best practices.\n\nYou will critically assess departmental processes and technology and continually seek opportunities to improve the quality and productivity of internal processes and controls.\n\nYou will actively participate in internal meetings and initiatives concerning operational issues and present potential solutions.\n\nYou will work alongside the Manager to establish and accomplish team goals.\n\nAbout You:\nYou have a Bachelor or master level degree in accounting, finance, economics or professional accounting designation\n\nYou have 6+ years’ experience in Financial Services, preferably with exposure to Product Control, Operations or Fund Accounting environments\n\nYou have 2 years’ experience managing staff\n\nYou have hands-on experience across the entire trade life cycle, including trade booking, reconciliation, pricing, accounting and reporting.\n\nYou understand special purpose vehicle (SPV) structures.\n\nYou have in-depth experience across public and private market Fund structures and investments\n\nPassion for stakeholder management - clients, internal stakeholders and management team.\n\nYou have an in-depth understanding of the transaction and investment cycle of private equity funds\n\nYou have an excellent grasp of Citco’s various technology platforms or the ability to learn quickly.\n\nYou have experience in managing significant client onboardings\n\nYou have experience working with and overseeing operational teams across multiple offices.\n\nYou understand private equity concepts such as commitments / capital calls / distributions\nOur Benefits\nYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
