Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means\nour people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.\n\nYour Role:\nYou will focus on accounting and analysis.\n\nMaintain and control the general ledger and various sub-ledgers.\n\nPrepare financial statements, footnotes and partner capital statements.\n\nPrepare limited partner and general partner allocations.\n\nPrepare trial balances and work paper product.\n\nProcess standard and complex bookkeeping entries.\n\nInvolved within a full scope of transaction activities including full cycle accounting.\n\nPrepare financial data analysis.\n\nMonitor the timing and quality of client deliverables.\n\nInteract with Management and Clients.\n\nReview the real estate fund client’s partnership agreements, PPM’s and other materials.\n\nParticipate in the implementation of fund structures onto the accounting system.\n\nMonitor compliance of various agreements with clients, including the Service Level Agreement.\n\nTrain and support team members in their development.\n\nOperate as a contact point for clients; able to respond to and resolve queries or escalate where necessary.\n\nAct as a liaison with various internal /external parties - i.e. auditors, legal counsel.\n\nAssist in client audit procedures.\n\nProcess wire transfer payments on behalf of clients.\n\nPrepare and analyse complex Excel spreadsheets.\n\nLiaise with property management companies.\n\nAbout You:\nYou have a degree in Business or Finance related area.\n\nDesignated accountant or working towards ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA designation.\n\n5+ years of public/private real estate accounting work experience.\n\nExperience in reviewing and preparing general ledgers and financial statements.\n\nKnowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP.\n\nExcellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both verbal and written).\n\nMotivated, bright and diligent individual who is driven to meet deadlines.\n\nTeam player who is able to manage individual responsibilities.\n\nSound judgment, problem solving and analytical skills.\n\nAdvanced level MS Excel, Proficient with MS Word, MS PowerPoint.\n\nKnowledge of MRI, Yardi, or Investran (a plus).\n\nExperience in Limited Partnership accounting (a plus).\n\nPrivate equity/real estate fund administration experience (a plus).\n\nFamiliar with tax-efficient European structures and related investment vehicles and regulatory requirements (a plus).\n\nOur Benefits\nYour well being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
