Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means\nour people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.\n\nYour Role:\nResponsible for completion and review of daily operational deliverables in line with client/ other Citco Offices service level agreements.\n\nReview daily trades, position and cash reconciliation\n\nMonitor and analyze daily portfolio pricing\n\nBreak resolution for all open items with the brokers or clients\n\nUpdating Security Master File information\n\nReview of OTC master agreements and confirmations\n\nSupport the conversion of any new clients and existing migrations\n\nProcessing and verification of Corporate Actions\n\nWork closely with team members on any open issues per client\n\nWork with clients/ other Citco Offices and Operations Support to resolve any open issues.\n\nVerify Security Master set up to ensure proper PandL capture and risk management reporting\n\nAssist in verifying test results for all in house system enhancements\n\nAssist Operations Manager in allocation of work to staff.\n\nAssist Operations Manager in work-flow processes and implement work flow process improvements.\n\nAssist operations staff to resolve day-to-day issues.\n\nAbout You:\nBachelor degree or masters in accounting, finance, business or economics or a professional accounting designation (CFA , CGA , CMA , CA, CPA)\n\nMin 4 - 5 Years in Financial Services with an exposure to PandL Reporting or Operations processing an asset\n\nFinancial instruments product knowledge; Global Markets, OTC security markets, Fixed Income and derivative product knowledge preferred\n\nSupervisory skills with experience in managing and/or leading staff for 2 years.\n\nStrong business and commercial acumen.\n\nGood client/ business relationship management\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc)\n\nPlease note that the working hours are: Monday- Friday; 7am- 3.30pm/9am- 5.30pm/ 10.30am- 7pm/ 11.30am- 8pm/ 1.30pm- 10pm.However, there might be changes in shift timing during your employment, due to business needs. If you are working on 1.30pm-10pm shift, there will be monthly shift allowance, and one-way taxi vouchers via car-pooling.\nEmployee is also required to work on Singapore’s public holidays. We do not add PH days to your leave entitlement.
