Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means\nour people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.\n\nYour Role:\nEncompass all facets of the calculation of net asset values on a variety of complex hedge funds. Assisting with the supervision of (Senior)/fund accountants and working closely with the Assistant Vice President, your responsibilities will include;\n\nPerforming the administration of and any services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of a portfolio of hedge funds;\n\nPreparation of Net Asset Value calculations, financial statements and associated reports for larger, complex clients, or as required, within deadlines;\n\nAssisting Assistant Vice President in supervising staff within an “Account”, reviewing work performed by staff in the Account;\n\nWorking closely with the Senior Fund Accountants /Fund Accountants to manage timelines, workflows and deliverables within agreed SLA’s;\n\nAssisting Assistant Vice President in meeting client expectations by monitoring timely delivery of daily, weekly and monthly deliverables;\n\nEscalating all material issues effecting the NAV production process to the Assistant Vice President in a timely manner;\n\nMonitoring progress of Senior Fund Accountants /Fund Accountants to identify areas for additional training and development;\n\nDeveloping and maintaining relationships with investors, investment advisors/managers, banks, brokers and auditors and other fund participants;\n\nBuilding relationships and working closely with investor relations group and liaising with other departments within Citco as required;\n\nTraining and Coaching staff;\n\nMeeting expectations of clients and fund participants, adhering to deadlines;\n\nPositioning one-self to be the first escalation point for internal queries;\n\nAssisting Assistant Vice President to coordinate the Year End process with respect to audit timelines, Financial Statement Preparation, Regulatory filings, Tax services etc.;\n\nAssist the Assistant Vice President where required and become involved in special projects as needed (e.g. conversions etc.).\n\nAbout You:\nBachelor Degree in Accounting , Finance, Business related area and/or studying for a professional accounting qualification\n\nMinimum 4+ years of relevant experience in Financial Services with high volume operational environment and/ or hedge fund industry is an advantage\n\nSupervisory skills with experience in managing and/or leading staff for 3+ years.\n\nStrong business acumen.\n\nStrong financial and/or accounting and analytical skills\n\nGood client/ business relationship management\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.\n\nProficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc.)\n\nOur Benefits\nYour well being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
