Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means\nour people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.\n\nYour Role:\nEstablish professional relationships with clients and other key internal/external parties as required around all MOS functions such as affirm/confirm, collateral, treasury, S3, etc\n\nDevelop and maintain a broad understanding of the MOS functions available\n\nMonitor and assist in managing client SLAs and operational deliverables in MOS\n\nAssist the MOS team in projects across the function and client relationships as and when needed\n\nOversee the collateral process on a daily basis supporting our COE\nReview mark to market exposures by counter-party on a daily basis\n\nCoordinate month-end collateral interest process between counter-parties\n\nReview exposure for stale, missing, and zero prices and validate valuation on a daily basis\n\nReview set up static data regarding ISDA Master Agreements and credit support documentation\n\nOversee the treasury process on a daily basis supporting our COE\nInstruct collateral and treasury transfer payments via SWIFT\n\nResponsible for daily collateral and treasury movements between counter-parties.\n\nEscalate any issues internally and to the client as needed\n\nMain Job Functions/Tasks Trade Affirmations\n\nReviewing multi instrument trade affirmations on vendors Omgeo CTM, Traiana, PB matching portals and manual short form recaps on Trade Date - Trade Affirmations\n\nListed securities settlements via Prime Broker platforms, ensuring trades are pre-matched and subsequently settle on the market between the counterparty and PB,\n\nOTC confirmations via Markit Trade Manager (MTM), DTCC, Markitwire and Long form confirmations - OTC Confirmation\n\nResponsible for the review, exception processing, break escalation/resolution and subsequent affirm/confirm of trade between the client and executing counterparty.
