Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means\nour people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.\n\nYour Role:\nOversee and support a team of analysts, to ensure Service Level Agreements are met in an effective and efficient fashion.\n\nEscalate client or staffing issues to your Manager in a timely manner.\n\nWork with your Manager on KRIs and KPIs and collaborate on mitigating plans around risk and resource constraints.\n\nLiaise with service providers, vendors, agents, counterparties and clients to ensure the timely resolution of issues and exceptions.\n\nReview and assess the materiality of portfolio risk with respect to unsupported cash and position differences, as part of the sign off process.\n\nContribute towards projects and initiatives that aim to drive the business forward, as it relates to Loan Administration and processing.\n\nEngage in the migration of tasks from other locations into your team, to ensure of a seamless transition, along with the conversion or launches of any new clients, as it relates to Loan holdings.\n\nActively engage in staff development conversations with the analyst team on a regular basis, to ensure members of the team understand their goals and continuously working towards them.\n\nContribute to the hiring process and seek the right candidates for the team.\n\nAbout You:\nBachelor or Master level degree.\n\n4+ years in Financial Services with experience in leading people\n\nProduct knowledge, Domestic, Global and OTC security markets, Fixed Income and derivative product knowledge.\n\nExcellent communication skills.\n\nStrong customer service skills\n\nExperience mentoring and coaching staff.\n\nKnowledge of Hedge or Mutual Funds.\n\nProfessional accounting designation is an asset.\n\nCore Skills and Behaviors You’ll Bring:\nBuilding Future Readiness\n- Demonstrates resilience by adapting well to change and is committed to improving knowledge and skills for the future.\nDelivering Client Excellence\n- Partners with internal and external clients to understand needs, develop solutions and deliver an excellent client experience.\nProblem Solving & Decision Making\n- Demonstrates Data Literacy to analyze issues, identify practical solutions, and make informed decisions while taking responsibility for outcomes.\nBuilding Relationships\n- Builds trusted relationships in an inclusive way.
