Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver seamless client experience.\nAs a core member of our Fund Accounting team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.\n Key Responsibilities:\nMaintain books and records and calculating Net Asset Values.\n\nPrepare financial statements and associated reports, including performance metrics.\n\nCalculate carried interest/performance fees.\n\nRecord trade and non-trade transactions in custody and accounting systems.\n\nLiaise with other Citco groups and/or external parties for information and documents.\n\nPerform cash and position reconciliations.\n\nMonitor and analyze portfolio pricing.\n\nCalculate and book fee accruals.\n\nPrepare NAV packages and financial statements.\n\nPrepare ad hoc reporting in line with client and internal requirements.\n\nDemonstrate ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion, in line with demanding Service Level Agreements\n\nMaintain a thorough understanding of applicable best practice policies & client-specific agreements.\n\nWork with clients and other Citco Offices and Fund Accountants to resolve issues.\n\nPerform other tasks as required by Seniors, Supervisors and/or Managers.\n\n Qualifications:\nYou have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or management.\n\nYou have relevant professional designation is an advantage (CPA, CFA, CMA).\n\nYou have experience (at least 4+ years) in Financial Services with high volume operational environment and/or knowledge of private equity or hedge fund industry is a plus.\n\nTeam player who can manage individual responsibilities.\n\nSupervisory skills with experience in managing and/or leading staff for 2+ years\n\nYou are proficient in MS Excel is an advantage.\n\nYou are highly organized and detail oriented.\n\nYou are proactive, team-oriented and results-driven.\n\nYou have good interpersonal and client service skills.\n\nAmenable to working in our Alabang (Filinvest 2 Bldg., Northgate Cyber Zone, Filinvest City, Alabang Muntinlupa City)\n\nAmenable to working on shifting schedules (AM and Mid shift)\n\nAmenable to working under Hybrid work arrangements (3 days working onsite per week)\n\nOur Benefits\nYour wellbeing is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
