This role combines fund tax operations with data analytics and automation initiatives, supporting large-scale tax compliance processes across global clients.\nThe ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and technically curious, with the ability to work across structured financial data while contributing to process improvement and automation efforts.\nKey Responsibilities:\nTax Operations & Data Review\nSupport the preparation and review of tax deliverables, including Schedule K-1 data and investor-level reporting\nPerform data validation and reconciliation using structured checklists\nIdentify discrepancies, investigate variances, and escalate issues where appropriate\nAI & Automation Support\nAssist in the development and execution of automation workflows for tax processes (e.g., document extraction, data validation)\nSupport testing and validation of AI-driven outputs against source documents\nMaintain and enhance standardized templates, trackers, and dashboards\nCollaborate with internal teams on process digitization initiatives\nProcess Improvement & Collaboration\nParticipate in discussions with cross-functional teams to understand current processes\nTake clear, structured notes from meetings to document workflows and requirements\nDevelop a strong understanding of existing processes and contribute ideas to enhance efficiency and scalability\nAnalyze recurring issues and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and reduce manual effort\nContribute to the standardization and evolution of tax workflows\n Education\nBachelor’s degree in: Accounting, Finance, or Tax (preferred)\nOR Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field\n\nExperience\n0-3 years of relevant experience in: Tax, fund accounting, audit, or financial services OR\nData analysis, process automation, or operations\n\nExposure to financial services (e.g., funds, private equity, real estate) is a strong advantage\nKey Competencies:\nStrong attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy\nProcess-driven mindset with the ability to follow and improve structured workflows\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAnalytical thinker with a focus on identifying inconsistencies and resolving issues\nOpen-minded and adaptable, with a willingness to learn new tools and approaches\nAbility to collaborate across teams, actively engage in discussions, and translate process understanding into improvement ideas\nInterest in leveraging technology to improve manual processes\nWhat we offer:\nExposure to global tax compliance and fund structures\nOpportunity to work on automation and AI-driven initiatives\nCollaborative environment with cross-functional teams across tax and technology\nWhy join us\nThis role offers a unique opportunity to combine tax expertise with emerging technologies, contributing to the transformation of large-scale tax operations through automation and AI.\nOur Benefits\nYour well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
