Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means\nour people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.\n\nYour Role:\nBuild and maintain client relationships and act as their primary Investor Relations client relationship manager and an escalation point for their interaction with the team.\n\nProactively manage the team’s daily workflow, ensuring that deadlines are met and controls are adhered to.\n\nEnsure that capital transactions and NAVs are processed correctly and efficiently by the team and the associated records are filed and maintained efficiently and comprehensively.\n\nEnsure that investor reporting and client reporting is accurate and distributed in a timely manner.\n\nFully implement the CFS Global IR policies, procedures and best-practice guidelines.\n\nLiaise internally with the AML team, Treasury team, Fund Accounting teams, Compliance Officer and Internal Auditor.\n\nRepresent the team at IR management meetings and assist with agenda preparation and minute taking.\n\nChair bi-weekly team meetings to relay operational updates and discuss IR initiatives.\n\nRepresent Investor Relations at on-site visits with clients and auditors.\n\nPropose and develop department-wide operational improvements in consultation with the other IR managers.\n\nProvide continuous coaching to team members on operational issues ensuring that system enhancements and process changes are implemented correctly and effectively.\n\nConduct Interviews and participate in the selection process of new staff.\n\nConduct performance appraisals for team members.\n\nAbout You:\nDegree qualified (preferably in a discipline relevant to Financial Services).\n\n6+ years’ experience of which three must be in an Investor Relations or similar environment within a Hedge Fund Administrator.\n\n3 years in a senior administrator/supervisory role.\n\nOur Benefits\nYour well being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
