Resolution via Service desk, triaged by COE and escalated vie Functional Team, Oracle Support and 3rd Party Managed Support\n\nValidate Security configurations and involved in Custom role definition/testing\n\nDelivery of Enhancements/Change/Solutions\n\nManagement of responsible enhancements via JIRA partnering with external partner where applicable for delivery\n\nInvolved in creating system documentation for changes\n\nInvolved in Quarterly testing for Fusion releases\n\nExecution of System Integration Testing\n\nSupport of UAT: Environment preparation\n\nSpecial Projects\n\n 3+ years working with Oracle EBS or Fusion- End user experience or Support\n\n3rd Level qualification in Business/IT or similar\n\nSolid understanding of the software release life cycle\n\nCompetent in reviewing and completing documentation\n\nStrong Microsoft Office skills\n\nExposure to Programs used with Oracle EBS/Fusion, including but not limited to: Dataload, Config SnapShot, More4Apps\n\nFamiliarity with using incident and change management tools.
