This role is responsible for assisting with the sourcing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of hardware, software, cloud services, and IT professional services. The ideal candidate has experience working closely with IT, Finance, Legal, and vendors to ensure cost-effective, compliant, and timely acquisition of technology solutions.\n About the Role\nIT Procurement & Vendor Management\nManage end-to-end procurement processes for IT hardware (laptops, servers, networking equipment), software, SaaS subscriptions, cloud services, and IT consulting services.\nEvaluate vendors, conduct RFQs/RFPs, and negotiate pricing, terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs).\nMaintain preferred vendor lists and strategic partnerships.\nMonitor vendor performance, renewals, and compliance with contractual obligations.\nContract & License Management\nReview, coordinate, and track IT contracts in partnership with Legal and Finance.\nMaintain software license inventories and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.\nTrack subscription renewals and proactively manage true-ups and renewals to avoid service interruptions.\nSupport audits related to software licensing and IT asset management.\nPurchase Order & Financial Coordination\nCreate and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders.\nEnsure accurate cost coding and budget alignment.\nReconcile invoices and resolve billing discrepancies with vendors.\nTrack IT spend and provide reporting on budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization opportunities.\nProcess Improvement & Compliance\nDevelop and maintain procurement policies specific to IT purchases.\nEnsure compliance with internal controls, security policies, and regulatory requirements.\nIdentify cost-saving opportunities through vendor consolidation, volume discounts, and contract optimization.\nSupport implementation and continuous improvement of procurement systems and tools.\nAbout You\nEducation:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field. \nExperience:\n3+ years of procurement experience, with significant exposure to IT purchasing.\nStrong understanding of IT products and services (hardware lifecycle, SaaS models, cloud consumption-based pricing).\nProficiency in ERP or procurement systems.\nExperience managing enterprise agreements with major technology vendors such as Microsoft, Cisco, Dell Technologies, Amazon Web Services, or Oracle.\nSkills:\nStrong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable improvements.\nStrong collaboration and teamwork skills.\nAdaptability and openness to new ideas and technologies.\nAttention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.\nFamiliarity with IT asset management (ITAM) and software asset management (SAM) best practices a plus\nOur Benefits\nYour well-being is of paramount importance and central to our success here at Citco.
